♥  Non-member registration includes PHO membership for November-December 2026 and 2027 with access to all member benefits.

Cancellation policy for the registration fee and add-on tickets (pre-conference workshops and evening social event); 100% refund less $35 administrative fee if email notification is submitted by August 30. From August 31 to September 22, 50% refund less $35 administrative fee. After September 22, no refunds. Please send cancellation notification to Dianne-Gilsenan@promishealth.org.

The program registration fee includes plenary presentations, international session, oral paper sessions (clinical and methodology), poster hall, poster walks, roundtables, optional mentoring, welcome reception, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and post-conference access to the recorded sessions.

Optional pre-conference workshops and the evening social event are extra ticketed events.
