With nearly 20 years’ experience, Benjamin Arnold, MA has a strong background in multilingual translations and cross-cultural health outcomes assessment. Mr. Arnold serves as the Executive Director of FACITtrans, providing high quality COA translations for pharmaceutical and international health researchers. For FACIT.org he serves as a Director, providing cross-cultural and linguistic expertise to our licensing clients.

Mr. Arnold is a member of the PROMIS Health Organization (PHO), American Translators Association (ATA), the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) and the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) serving on the steering committee of its Translation and Cultural Adaptation Special Interest Group (TCA-SIG). He has conducted workshops and presentations in multiple languages on translation and cross-cultural issues at conferences worldwide and is the Latin American presence for FACITtrans residing in Fortaleza, Brazil.
